App Spy Phone Refund Policy

Refund Policy

The App Spy Phone may only be used for legitimate and lawful purposes by authorized users, and you are hereby notified that installing or using the App Spy Phone for any other purpose may violate local, state, and/or federal law.
It is your responsibility to check our compatibility policy prior to Purchasing any Services to determine whether the Services can be used on the phone you wish to monitor.
This Refund Policy applies to your Purchase of a App Spy Phone Subscription . In case you have technical issues with the software which can not be fixed by App Spy Phone Support Team, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with Refund Conditions outlined below if you submit a refund request within ten (10) days of your Purchase in accordance with the requirements set forth herein.


App Spy Phone Software – No refunds will be issued in the following instances:

  • If your refund request is received more than ten (10) days after the date that you Purchase the applicable Subscription.
  • No refund will be issued after 10 days have elapsed since the purchase date.
  • If the Customer no longer has access to the Target Device, no refund will be granted.
  • If you own more than one App Spy Phone subscription, no refund will be issued
    If you lose or forget your username and password no refund will be issued.
  • If the use of the Services is interrupted due to a firmware update to the target device it may be necessary to reinstall the app, if you refuse no refund will be granted.
  • If the device you wish to monitor is not compatible with the Spy Phone App and is not an Android device then no refunds will be granted.
  • If the Services become unavailable for your target device due to no internet signal, lack of connection or because the phone has been reset to factory settings then no refunds will be granted.
  • App Spy Phone does not issue refunds where the reason for requesting a refund is beyond our reasonable control.
  • You do not follow the installation guidelines provided by the App Spy Phone customer support team then the refund will not be granted to you.
  • If you do not accept technical assistance and / or refuse to follow the directions provided by our customer support team, you will not be granted a refund.
  • The target device is running an unsupported operating system. Several specific operating systems are not supported by App Spy Phone. Unsupported operating systems include Windows Phone, BlackBerry, Symbian and Windows Mobile, among others.
  • If it is requested for personal reasons (I have changed my mind, the software has not been used, etc.) a refund will not be granted.
  • If call recording will not work or will only be one way, no refund will be granted as this feature depends solely on the phone manufacturer.
  • If some specific features do not work because they are not supported by the monitored phone then no refund will be granted.
  • If the Spy Phone App does not work due to actions or omissions due to antivirus software or other security services, no refund will be granted.

Refund Procedure

If you successfully submit a refund request to us, please allow five (5) business days for any refunds to be processed. Usually the refund decision is made within one to three business days. If you are unsure if your subscription is working properly, please contact us immediately for assistance. Send refund requests to with all the necessary information about your purchase order.
